2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 7zzz platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

Currency

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7zzz platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds, and potentially the withholding of withdrawals pending a full compliance investigation:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software tool to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or exploit game mechanics in any way not available to a standard human player.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their 7zzz account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 7zzz will process any outstanding eligible withdrawals to the verified payment method on file and then close the account. Suspension or Closure by 7zzz

7zzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Confirmed or suspected use of bots, scripts, or other prohibited automated tools.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable KYC documentation.
• Underage gambling confirmed or reasonably suspected.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated with the player's bank or payment provider without first contacting 7zzz support to resolve the matter.
• Conduct that the 7zzz compliance team reasonably believes poses a legal, reputational, or financial risk to the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 7zzz will aim to complete the investigation and communicate an outcome to the player within 14 business days. Funds held in a suspended account are not accessible during the investigation period. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or AML concerns, 7zzz reserves the right to withhold the balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

7zzz makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur; 7zzz will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments to These Terms

7zzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or financial arrangements — 7zzz will provide not less than 7 days' notice via email to the registered account address and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform during login. For minor editorial changes, corrections, or clarifications that do not materially affect player rights, 7zzz may update the Terms without individual notice, with the updated version taking effect from the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

Severability
